The F355 Ferrari is widely considered to be the first truly modern eight cylinder Ferrari. Previous eight cylinder Ferrari’s were iconic in their style, but left a lot on the table in terms of performance. The F355 received an d style that has stood the test of time, and finally got an eight cylinder engine that proudly carried the Ferrari badge into the1990’s. Featuring a high revving (8500 rpm) V8 engine, the car offered a dramatic increase in performance over the previous eight cylinder Ferraris. The F355 used Formula 1 technology in the engine with the introduction of a 5-valve cylinder head. This new head design allowed the engine to breathe much better, and resulted in a dramatic power increase to 375 hp. The engine internals used the latest in technology, including the use of lightweight materials the connecting rods are forged in Ti6-Al-4V titanium alloy. At only 3000 lbs, the car was both light and agile, and offered among the best performance of any car of its generation. They are a joy to drive, offer a high level of collectability while offering great performance and daily civility.

This 1995 Ferrari F355 Coupe 6-speed is an excellent example of the breed. It has 45,300 miles, and is in excellent condition. The original Ferrari Argento Nurburgring Metallic Grey paint is good, with deep shine and great luster. There is some minor wear on the front air dam. The car has been well maintained and comes with full documentation. The black leather interior is in nice condition the leather is supple, with minimal wear and some minor creasing. The dash was recently recovered and is in near perfect condition, all of the plastic parts have restored in order to do away with the dreaded “sticky dash”. Carbon fiber cup holders and carbon trim have been added. An Alpine head unit has been installed. This car has been well maintained all of its life, and we have many records since new. The engine runs beautifully with great power and torque and the car absolutly screams up to the red line!! All of the mechanical systems work as they should, the A/C blows cold and the climate controls work well. It has only covered 45,300 Carfax certified miles. The car comes equipped with a stock Exhaust, and screams all the way to its 8500 RPM redline. Currently the original, stock rims are shod in Bridgestone Potenza tires with less than 300 miles. We have all of the books and records, and the original leather tool bag. The car has been well serviced with a full engine out belt service in 11/2018 and has traveled lees than 300 miles since. ANSA Exhaust manifolds replace the problomatic originals and the car has its stock exhaust system.
