1952 MG TD Mark II “Excellent Mechanically, Needs Paint, great running and driving car!!”

The car on offer here is a “driver quality” 1952 MG TD Mark II. The car is excellent mechanically, has an nice interior, but will need to be repainted. The original engine starts and runs well with good power and torque. The transmission and clutch work as designed, and the car is a joy to drive.
The tan interior is excellent as is the tan convertible top. The chrome and all brightwork shows well and all rubber trim is moist and pliable. Now for the bad news the paint has failed. As can be seen in the photos, something in the paint preparation has caused the paint to lift. The Car will need to be stripped and repainted. The good news is the bodywork is all in excellent condition. The wheels are in good condition and the tires have plenty of tread remaining. The car has been priced accordingly.
